Refund/Return Policy

At Asprey House, we make every effort to please you with every order. But if an item does not suit you, we will accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 30 days from the date of our shipment to you. We accept returns for store credit for up to 30 days from the date of our shipment to you, which is good for 60 days.

Please open your delivered pieces promptly to ensure there are no damages or defects.  To qualify for a refund or store credit, returned items must be unused, with tags and it's original packaging and in salable condition. If an item is delivered in damaged condition, please contact our customer service team before returning it. Personalized and/or bespoke items are not returnable, so please take special care when giving instructions for customizing. Please allow 7-10 days for processing a return once Asprey House has received your returned item(s).

Items that have a "special order note" are final sale - no exchanges or returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For in-stock items, our warehouse works to ship orders out within 2-3 business days. 

Shipping Rates

A customized shipping quote will be displayed during the checkout process and is based on the item(s) you have chosen to purchase. If all items in your cart are eligible for free shipping, you will have the option to choose from free basic shipping or expedited services for an additional fee. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
